Shipping & Returns/ Exchange Policy

At Rena Love, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.

Standard delivery

COD Shipping charges of Rs. 50 would be applicable for orders below Rs 1999/-, Free Delivery for orders above Rs 1999/-. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition. Free delivery for orders paid Online.

Orders are delivered in 3-21 working days* across India once shipped. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you via SMS with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

*Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility all over India only. Standard Shipping charges of Rs. 50 per order. We do not provide COD facility for orders above Rs. 3999/-.

Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday.

Force Majeure

Rena Love shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.

Product Unavailability

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it's sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.

Pricing & Payment Policy

The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on the website include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties and ceases but exclude delivery charges for COD orders, which are added to the total price.

3D Secure Payments

Therefore we are fully committed to participating in the 3D Secure system, introduced by card issuers in their pursuit to enhance your safety and fight fraud.

If you have registered for 3D Secure, you may be asked to enter your 3D Secure password when you are about to make a payment with your credit card or debit card. You will enter the password on your card issuer’s website and then return to Rena Love's checkout to complete your purchase.

If you have not registered your card yet, you may be presented with the option to do so.

Of course, you can also register directly on the website of your card issuer.You are free to decide if you want to register your card.Please note, that your order might not go through, depending on your card issuer, if you have not registered your card. You will need to choose another way of payment. You can recognize 3D Secure by the ’Verified by Visa’ and ’MasterCard Secure Code’ logo.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations Within India Only

  • Apparels may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Items must be returned within 15 days
  • Within the first 15 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Returns received after the 15th day are not accepted
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
  • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
  • Orders that are Returned, we will issue Store Credits in the form of Coupon Code/ Credits for the same value of the product which is Returned or Exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase made on our store, Validity of the (Gift Card) Coupon Code is 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted
  • It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 1-3 working days to ensure you receive your credits as quickly as possible
  • Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end.
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.
